Meet the Podiatry Team
All the podiatrists at Advance Podiatry are registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Advance Podiatry is led by David Cartwright, a member of the The Royal College of Podiatry (MRCPod) and a HCPC registered Podiatrist. He has over 30 years extensive professional practice in both the independent and public sector. As a fellow of Podiatric Surgery (FRCPodS) he is trained to the highest professional level within the UK. He holds a MSc from Huddersfield University and has guest lectured at Glasgow Caledonian University. HCPC no. CH08359
Sue Lewis has worked as a podiatrist in private practice since 1997 and from 2003 she ran her own podiatry clinic. Sue joined the Advance Podiatry team in 2017. She is a generalist podiatrist with extensive
experience in all routine chiropody and podiatry. HCPC no. CH17775
Andrew Thorpe has extensive experience within podiatry, working in the National Health Service and private clinics for over 30 years. He has specialist experience in diabetic care, dermatology and rheumatology. HCPC no. CH09304
